Your summer water workouts await!

Enjoy a variety of our favorite year-round aqua workout activities with schedules just for the summer season. Whether you're seeking fun, fitness, or both, we have something to keep you active and healthy.

Lap Swim

Open Lap Swim

Open Lap Swim and Circle Swim are held in our Competition Pool.

  • Weekday mornings: 7-9 a.m.
  • Weekday afternoons: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
  •  Weekends: 7 a.m.- 8 p.m. (Please check Competition Pool schedule ahead of time for weekend closures for events and meets).

Circle Swim

  • Weekday mornings: 5:30-6:30 a.m.

Summer Open Fitness

Our Open Fitness activities are self-paced, non-coached water workouts in our Recreation Pool. 

Open Fitness activities include:

  • River Walking/Jogging in our Lazy River
  • Water Walking/Jogging in our shallow-water Recreation Pool area that include shared lap lanes and our slide return area.
  • Shallow-Water Lap Swim in our shallow-water Recreation Pool.
  • Hot tub

Lap lanes for Shallow-Water Lap Swim and Water Walking/Jogging are not available during Water Fitness Classes.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays
    • 5:30-8 a.m.
    • 8-9 a.m. *
    • noon- 1 p.m. *
    • 7-8 p.m. *
    • 8-9 p.m.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays
    • 5:30- 7 a.m.
    • 7-9 a.m. *
    • noon- 1 p.m. *
    • 7-9 p.m.
  • Fridays
    • 5:30-8 a.m.
    • 8-9 a.m. *
    • noon- 1 p.m. *
    • 8-9 p.m.
  • Saturdays
    • 7-7:50 a.m.
    • 8-9 a.m. *
  • Sundays
    • 7-9 a.m.

* Indicates times when shallow-water lap lanes are not available for Water Walking or Shallow-Water Lap Swim. All other Open Fitness activities are available during these times.

Please see the full summer water fitness schedule for full class details. All classes are held in the Recreation Pool except for Deep water, which is held in the Competition Pool.

    • River Fit: 11 a.m.
  • Wednesdays
    • Deep Water: 7 a.m.- 11 a.m.
    • Shallow Fit: 8 a.m., noon, 7 p.m.
    • River Fit: 11 a.m.

Open Fitness and Water Fitness classes are drop-in and no reservation is required.

Reservations for Circle Swim can be made online or by calling Guest Services. 

To reserve a lap lane for Open Lap Swim, please contact Guest Services.

Drop-in rates, 10 visit/class punch passes, and frequent guest passes are offered for all of our Summer Water Workout programs.
