Piranhas Summer Swim Team
The Snohomish Aquatic Center Piranhas are part of the Craze Summer Swim League, offering a fun, safe, and competitive swim experience. Swimmers can compete in up to four meets (participation optional) against teams from Snohomish, Kirkland, Lynnwood, Edmonds (Yost), and Mountlake Terrace. Head Coach Grace Barr and her team are excited for the 2025 season!
Skills requirements
- Ages 6-8: Swim 25 yards of crawl stroke (with side breathing) & 25 yards of backstroke
- Ages 9+: Swim 50 yards of crawl & backstroke, 25 yards of breaststroke kick
Safety first! Swimmers must meet prerequisites by their second practice. Those unable may be referred to swim lessons (pending availability). Contact Guest Services to schedule an assessment.
Registration
Registration for Summer Swim Team begins Tuesday, April 29.
- Includes the seven-week practice season, swim cap, and a t-shirt.
- Team suits available for purchase.
- Registration includes eligibility for all Craze Summer Swim League meets (with coach approval). Athletes must arrange their own transportation.
Fees
- $275 1st family member
- $265 each additional family member
Practices and Meet Information
Practices
- Mondays through Fridays- 9-10 a.m. and 10-11 a.m.
- Season dates- Monday, June 23- Saturday, August 9.
