Waterslide Project Update (February 2026)

Construction on our waterslide base will begin in April and take place in two phases: demolition (mid- April) and construction (tentatively September). The water slide itself will remain, but the concrete stairway and tower structure will be fully replaced.
During demolition, the Recreation Pool will be closed weekdays from 5 a.m.- 5 p.m., April 27- May 8. This will impact morning and afternoon programs, including Spring Session 2 swim lessons, which will be shortened and prorated during the two-week weekday closure.
Weekends and the Competition Pool will remain open as usual.
