Water Fitness
Water fitness offers a refreshing and effective alternative to traditional workouts, utilizing the resistance and buoyancy of water to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Aqua fitness is gentle on joints while providing a full-body workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Designed for all levels of fitness, our classes include a warmup, cardiovascular set, toning, and stretching exercises.
Guests must be at least 14 years of age unless pre-approved by one of our instructors.
We offer in-person instruction classes and also video-led classes.
If you're looking for a non-coached aqua fitness activity, we also offer Open Fitness in our lazy river and shallow-water lap swim pool.
Reservations can be made online ahead of time or on a drop-in basis. We offer annual passes, 3-month passes, 10-punch passes, and drop-in rates.
