Triathlon Training Workout Group

Train for your next triathlon with a 12-session swim workout group led by our coaches at the Snohomish Aquatic Center.

This group is perfect for athletes of all levels who are training for their next triathlon, or those who aspire to compete in one someday. Participants will have the chance to improve endurance, build strength, and increase swim speed for the swim portion of their triathlon in a supportive and fun environment. 

Each session will include:

  • 10-minute warm-up
  • 15-minute drill set
  • 30-minute main set
  • 5-minute cool down

Course Requirements

  • Sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 5-6 p.m. and start on Tuesday, March 5. (There will be no class on Tuesday, April 2, due to spring break.)
  • The cost is $200/participant. Registration begins Wednesday, January 31. 
  • Participants must be 18 years and older.
