Private Room Rentals
Looking for a space to hold a meeting or event for your club, organization, or business? Our private event rooms are available on weekdays.
All fees for private room rentals include the use of tables, chairs, and access to the event room sink. There will be a $25 cleaning fee for all private room rentals. Private room rentals are only available on weekdays.
- Private room- half room (30 people maximum)- Starting at $60/hour
- Private room-full room (60 people maximum)- Starting at $120/hour

- Private Recreation Pool (only) rental - $750/hour (includes warm-water pool and slide)
FlowRider® rental
- FlowRider (only) rental for up to 10 guests- $150/hour
- Each additional surfer- $15

Cancellations
- All reservations are subject to cancellation fees.
- Cancellation up to 90 days in advance – 10% of the cleaning and damage deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 30 days in advance – 50% of the cleaning and damage deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation of an invitational event less than 30 days in advance results in the loss of the entire cleaning and damage deposit.

Swim meets
The Snohomish Aquatic Center Competition Pool is capable of hosting meets of various lengths and sizes. Guests interested in booking swim meets should contact us for detailed pricing and availability.

Swim Meet & Event Parking
When hosting a swim meet or large event at the Snohomish Aquatic Center, designated parking areas will be assigned to support the needs of your athletes, spectators, and officials.
To ensure a smooth experience for all facility users, some parking areas—such as stalls marked in pink—are reserved for general public use and are not available for event parking.
Event organizers and attendees will be guided by on-site signage to appropriate designated parking locations. Our team will work with you in advance to help communicate parking expectations and ensure your event runs efficiently from arrival to departure.

Bus parking
Due to limited on-site parking capacity and a need to maintain safe traffic flow for all visitors, we are unable to accommodate bus parking on-site.
The Snohomish Aquatic Center is a Snohomish School District facility, and while on-site parking is not available for buses, below are nearby district school locations where buses may park during events and swim meets.
Off-site bus parking:
- Emerson Elementary- 1103 Pine Avenue
- Central Campus- 221 Union Avenue
- Snohomish High School- 1316 5th Street
- Street parking along Maple Avenue (please do not park in the Trail's End parking lot.)
Buses may drop off students and participants in the main loop near the front entrance doors. After drop-off, buses must promptly exit the loop to maintain traffic flow and ensure safe access for all guests.
