Our Dash/DaySmart system for online program and activities registration, is getting an upgrade. Find out everything you need to know about the new look!
While there is no action needed for our pool guests, we recommend looking around the new dashboard and getting acquainted before the next swim lesson registration. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding Dash/DaySmart and registering for programs and activities.

Registering for Swim Lessons
1. Log in with your credentials as usual.
2. From the new dashboard, select "Register" from either the middle of the screen or on the left-hand side bar.
3. From this screen, first select "Who are you registering?" You should see all family members who have been entered into the system in the drop-down bar.
4. Select the swimmer you would like to register for lessons.
5. Next, click on the "View" button for Swim Instruction.
6. The swimmer you selected on the previous screen should be shown in the upper left corner box. Please select the "Season" dropdown to select the upcoming swim session.
7. After selecting your swim session season, scroll below to find the swim level/class for your swimmer. The times are available in the title section along with the level/class name.
8. When you find the level/class and time slop you are looking for, click "Register." Note: If you see "Join Waitlist," the class is full at this time. Please select a different time slot, if available, or click on "Joint Waitlist."
9. Double-check the information is correct on the right side of the screen.
10. Continue with the allergies and medical conditions section.
Note: If you have more than one swimmer to register, you will need to complete these steps for each swimmer.
11. Enter in your payment information and click "Checkout."
Note: Lesson times are not reserved until after payment is processed.

Pre-Registration for Open Recreation Swim
1. Log in with your credentials as usual.
2. From the new dashboard, select "Register" from either the middle of the screen or the left-hand side bar.
3. From this screen, first select "Who are you registering?" You should see all family members who have been entered into the system in the drop-down bar.
4. Select one of the adults on the account. Note: You will need to register for each attending family member individually.
5. Next, click on the "view" button for Open Rec Swim Pre-Registration.
6. On this screen, the name you selected will be in the upper left-hand corner.
7.Please select the "Season drop-down to select the month for which you'd like to register for Open Recreation Swim.
8. After selecting the season, scroll below to find the date and time you'd like to attend Open Recreation Swim.
9. When you find the swim time you'd like to select, click "Register."
10. On the next screen, please verify the date and time you'd like to attend Open Recreation Swim.
11. Double-check the information on the right side is correct.
12. Continue with the allergies and medical conditions section.
13. Repeat these steps for each person attending Open Recreation swim.
14. Continue with payment information and click "Checkout."
Note: Open Recreation swim times are not reserved until after payment is processed.

By-Day Calendar
Users may view a by-day calendar to see what activities are happening each day. This is the easiest way to register for Circle Swim lap lanes and FlowRider® Open Surf time. You can also register for Open Recreation Swim from this area of the dashboard.
1. Log in with your credentials as usual.
2. Click on "Drop-In Events" on the left-hand side bar.
3. Select the day you'd like to view.
4. Select your activity and time of the activity and click "Add to cart."
5. Follow the check-out instructions.

Pre-Registration for the FlowRider®- Open Surf
1. Log in with your credentials as usual.
2. Click "Register" from either the center or on the left-hand side bar.
3. On this scree, first select "Who are you registering?" You should see all family members who have been entered into the system in the drop-down bar.
4. Select the guest you would like to register for the FlowRider®.
5. Next, click on the "View" button for "FlowRider® Pre-Registration."
6. The guest you selected on the previous screen should be shown in the upper left corner box.
7. Please select the “Season” dropdown to select the month in which you’d like to pre-register for the FlowRider®.
8. After selecting the season, scroll below to find the FlowRider® time you’d like to reserve.
9. Click “Register” when you find the FlowRider® time you’d like to select.
10. On the next screen, please check that the activity, day of the week and time you’d like to select are correct.
11. Click on “Confirm Reservation” to proceed to checkout.
12. Enter in your payment information and when finished, click “Checkout.”
Note: Your reservation is not reserved until after the payment has been processed.
Please make sure to check FlowRider® requirements and fill out the required waiver.
